About Me
Ramzy Megally began his career in the finance sector working on Wall Street as a Stock Broker, while working on Wall Street he successfully obtained his Series 7 and Series 63. Mr. Megally began attended New York University in search of his Bachelor’s degree in MIS, to which he later successfully obtained from George Mason University.
Mr. Megally transitioned from the NY area to the Metro DC area where his sales and business acumen introduced him to the IT sector in Silicon Valley of the East, where he continued his sales career and reached many milestones and sales awards for over 4 years.
Real Estate was the next frontier his specialty being in residential real estate supporting buyers, sellers, and renters in the Metro DC area. Mr. Megally studied the rental market with the focus of assessing buying trends, demographics, and rental markets to aid targeted markets for renters as well as investment groups, and individual investors.
This information became vital to his knowledge base to not only assist in the Buy/Rent decisions but also to assist his clients from 1 unit to 100 units. Lastly, the recent market has allowed him to become well versed in the Short Sale and Foreclosure markets allowing a successful track to helping distressed homeowners as well as dealing with REO departments and Loss Mitigation departments within lending institutions. Based on the exposure and background Ramzy’s aggressive and tenacious perspective to supporting his clients lead to the best support for the end client.
Mr. Megally works in real estate due to a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process. With a combination of experience and education, it provides him the credentials to share his expertise with each client and make the overall experience as painless as possible.
